One may wonder what this ‘+ in –' approach is. But this is the terminology used among a few members in Jagan coterie now. YS Jagan has shown his idea to public after his meeting with Sonia Gandhi. He understood that CM chair is not adorning him in near future and hence decided to follow his father’s + and – formula. That is to be in ‘positive terms’ with high command and carry on ‘negative terms’ with ruling CM. This was followed by YSR between 1989 and 1994. Now it is the turn of YS Jagan to follow the same till he enthrones CM chair with the blessings of high command and following within party mechanism.
The former residence of YSR in Banjara Hills, Sri Bagh, used to be a shelter for ‘asammathi’ in Congress from many years. Now Jagan is shifting to his sister’s house that is located just beside this Sri Bagh now. Many MLAs and Ministers are also dwelling in this coterie showing dissatisfaction on present CM.
Jagan said that he is ready to work for people despite not given CM chair. He said that he is just 36 years old now and still there is big time ahead to sit in that chair. But he said that meanwhile he would see that every CM works for the benefit of poor and people in general. He had already raised questions on Rs 2 rice, free electricity and white ration cards scheme those are not meeting the end consumer transparently. This shows that Jagan has started his war against Rosaih as soon as he returned from Delhi. A few MLAs have clapped listening to these Jagan’s statements. That should be underlined.
Let us see how this + and – approach works in favor of Jagan
