Special Minister Portfolio For YS Jagan

While the drama has been continuing over the possible successor of Y S Rajasekhar Reddy, it was believed that the next person to become CM is none other than Y S Jagan. However, the latest reports from Delhi seem to be giving a different picture.

It is said that the Congress high command is looking at creating a special post for Y S Jagan and he would become the projects in charge. This is more or less the post of a deputy Chief Minister and that way Jagan would be taking care of all the projects happening in the state and ministers would be reporting to him.

While nothing has been confirmed on this front and the protests and demands to make Jagan as the CM has intensified, the team of Sonia Gandhi and other veterans are said to be taking a cautious approach on this one.
